Welcome to Adrishya Foods (adrishyafoods.com). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Adrishya Foods is a natural food products business based in India, selling seeds, jaggery, dry fruits, cold-pressed oils, and spices directly to customers across India.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3. Products

All products listed are natural food items. Product descriptions, weights, and images are for reference. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to natural variation. We do not make any medical or health claims.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability.
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
Minimum order value is ₹1,000 (excluding shipping).
Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment.

5. Cancellation Policy

    ⏱ Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of payment only. After 3 hours, cancellation is not possible as order processing begins.
  

To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email (details below) with your Order ID. Cancelled order amounts will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

6. Refund Policy

    🚫 We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed and the 3-hour cancellation window has passed.
  

We encourage customers to review their order carefully before confirming payment.

7. Replacement Policy

We offer a free replacement in the following cases only:

Product received is damaged or broken.
Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered).

To claim a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

8. Shipping

We ship via Skyking Courier Services across India. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days. Shipping charges are calculated at ₹60 per kg (rounded up). We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logo, and brand name — is the property of Adrishya Foods and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
